It really feels like being in Naples in regards to flavours that come together in this successful restaurant by Francesco Calò, halfway between a wine shop and a Neapolitan-style pizzeria. Meals start with bruschetta with spicy broccoli or tuna, anchovies from Cetara and capers, or small fried pizzas (montanarine). Among the gourmet pizzas we recommend the pizza weltmeister with fiordilatte, zucchini, ricotta, provolone del monaco, the Profumata with mozzarella di bufala, lemon-scented ricotta, yellow tomatoes and a touch of vinaigrette; or the very well-executed Miracolo di San Gennaro, classic and well-balanced. Surely this is the best pizzeria among those we have tried in town. Each pie is well paired with appellation wines.
