Vero Venetian Roots dell'hotel Ca' di Dio

The Ca 'di Dio is a new 5-star hotel situated in the Arsenale area, opposite the island of San Giorgio. Within its elegant spaces, we find Vero Venetian Roots, an intimate restaurant where authentic Venice is revealed in every detail. The same holds for the cuisine, which aims to express local tradition, both the sea and hinterlands, through a modern lens. Chef Raimondo Squeo treats his excellent ingredients with technique and a delicate hand, bringing out the quality of fish, meat and vegetables (many of which come from the garden in their courtyard). Service is attentive, while their wine list nicely represents northeast Italy. Reliable and punctual service.
