Finally a proper roman-style pinsa (flatbread pizza) in Toronto. Expect a thin and crispy pie, we recommend the version with porchetta and the one with Mortadella (a popolar hit in the Eternal City). The Polynesian is a bit too sperimental for our Italian palate. The drink list includes about 20 Italian wines, plus draft and bottle beers.
