Homey, smart and straight to the point. Uilliam's is the project of Uilliam Lamberti and Ilya Tyutenkov, a boutique bistrot wich offers a proper selection of Italian main courses with a twist. The level of the cuisine (open view) is high thanks also to brand chef Luigi Magni, which is certainly one of the most talent in Moscow. The lasagna is always a good choice, overall flavors are clean and well managed. Take a look to the wine list wich boosts a special attention to small wine producers, from small vignerons of Champagne to Italian real artisans.
