Enrico Sgarbossa, certainly knows how to make a good pizza. Credit to his long experience and innate ability to produce excellent discs. The quality is palpable in his establishment at the Tilbrook estate winery. Crunchy pizzas, with soft and fragrant hearts, topped with top-quality ingredients that manage to tell the story of the tradition of this Italian dish.
