The couple Johanna and Giovanni Pidreddu work in perfect unison in the kitchen rendering a fine and never boring top cuisine. The chef’s welcome is delightful, dishes are sophisticated and vibrant and betray phenomenal character, flavour and presentation. The stuffed pastas are always excellent, even on the take-away menu dishes such as cannelloni au brocciu (a typical Corsican dairy product) with spinach and parmigiano confirm the quality of the work. When in season, do not miss the creations featuring white Alba truffles, perfectly employed. Monday to Saturday the lunch menu is a steal. The genuine cuisine is paired with an amazing wine list designed by Johanna, featuring many small Italian wine producers who work in healthy fashion to make fine wines that perfectly work with the cuisine.
