A family at work, promoting pizza as a quality product and waiting on guests as a professional yet highly natural act. Mom, dad and their two children don't stop for a moment: they knead, cook, serve, receive orders, phone calls and reservations, all while maintaining an extremely pleasant atmosphere. The fragrant, tasty pies served, which are carefully topped and melt in the mouth, are the result of father Cancian's research and work. Special versions include the excellent Puntarella (tomato sauce, a mix of cow's milk and buffalo mozzarella, puntarelle and anchovies). Try their pizza with peppers and herb cheese as well. Their desserts, made by the house pastry chef, Eleonora, also deserve a mention. Delicious trifle.
