Since 1993 a true Italian restaurant for Torontonians doc. Ingredients are super fresh and researched, ranging from top quality olive oil, delicate and tasty fishes, very good cuts of meat. Pasta and risotti show a rigorous Italian style, with al dente texture and very well balanced sauced. We had a grilled octopus served with cannellini alll’uccelletto and good carnaroli risotto with mixed wild mushrooms. Roman recipes will transfer you into the Etenal City: cacio e pepe and carbonara are among the best ones in North America thanks to the skills of chef Massimo Renzi and Luigi Sellaro. The wine list is constantly updated with new additions carefully selected by Marisa’s young brother Fabio, and it lists classics Italian wines together with international labels.
