A New York staple, owner Giuseppe Bruno has been runnng this sophisticated restaurant for more than 38 years. Refined food, great service, and a memorable wine program fit inside a stunning Upper East Side location. An Amazing collection of arts sits on the walls. A great restaurant for a romantic evening or a special event. Many long-time customers have been coming for 30 years. From the menu, classic repices as spaghetti alle vongole, spaghetti cacao e pepe, bucatini all’amatriciana, Pappardelle Sistina (veal bolognese with wild mushrooms) or pesce spada “alla ghiotta” (with pine nuts, raisins, carrots, celery, anchovies and olives) and branzino fillet served with leeks and salmon trout roe, red partridge with chestnut puree, foie gras and himalalayan salt.
