The menu features a small list of simply sophisticated dishes beautifully prepared. Top quality ingredients, clean flavours and essence are the hallmark characteristics. We definitely recommend the Red prawn tartar from Mazara with potatoes, vinegar, cucumbers, and lemon cream and caviare or the Fregola with N’duja sausage, seafood, and vegetable crisp.
