The new Sartoria Lamberti, located inside The Ritz-Carlton, offers a refined experience of Cucina Italiana in a very elegant setting, mixing the experience of chef Uilliam Lamberty and the style of Alex Alekminsky. We stongly suggest to start with some crispy fried artichokes, served with capers and grilled green onion. Then, go for the risotto with goat cheese and truffle or a delicate oven-cooked seabass in salt. Keep some space for the innovative and scenic desserts.
