These are also the characteristics of this restaurant in the Shangri La of Jakarta, a stylish venue with private rooms and a small dining room near the kitchen to observe the chef at work. The kitchen is helmed by Oriana Tirabassi, a woman of refined skills with a great passion for the pure flavours of Italy. She stays loyal to these flavours and to family traditions, but revisits them with creativity and artistic awareness together with passion and rigour. The rich menu also includes pizza (of which Oriana is an authentic champion), and selections of cheeses, and meat or fish first and second courses with all the flavour of Italian cuisine and Italy’s warm spirit.
