Rosetta Bakery

Description

Born about ten years ago through the initiative of Tommaso Bulfon and partners, Rosetta Bakery is a garrison of Italian style in the US. The story behind the name tells of a girl named Rosetta who grew up with her brothers next to a mill, but rosetta is also a typical Italian bread. The same bread that is in the restaurant's trademark, and which is on the menu in different variants, sweet and savoury. Over the years, Rosetta has multiplied its locations but always remained faithful to its mission of offering baked goods in perfect Italian style, neatly displayed in the counters on view and also to be eaten on the premises, in a cosy, cosy, relaxing environment. Here then are sandwiches with different types of bread and different fillings, "pizza in teglia", focaccia, such as the focaccia di Recco (a small city close to Genova), tarts, bomboloni saccottini and other sweets, to be accompanied by coffee and cappuccinos. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner
