A really nice find on our travels. Rosa Madre offers a refined cuisine experience based on excellent fish and very well selected raw materials. We started with proper oysters and scallops au gratin. Among pastas, the tonnarelli with lobster and linguine with clams definitely stand out. Among the main courses, we advise you to choose between the catch of the day, perfectly baked in a salt crust. The wine list is well stocked, deep, with cult wines and artisan bottles of great value, the punctual and precise service completes the experience.
