Opened by Shanon Scott in 2014, this restaurant features the rich repertoire of Italian cuisine, with authentic recipes and products imported from Italy. The menu proposes starters such as arancini & panzerotti (fried rice balls and mini pizzas) or dishes such as squid ink fettuccine pasta with mixed seafood in pizzaiola sauce, or charred octopus over roasted tomatoes and asparagus. The wines are also selected among the vineyards of Italy with lesser-known wineries, plus a smart selection available by the glass. There're so many food friendly wine on the list, we noticed a very accurate work of research. Roma fully deserves our Villa Sandi Best Contemporary Wine List Award.
