Indeed, his work spans the whole of Italy, but with imaginative touches and some well-played flourishes that leave one feeling that there's still plenty to be explored. Traditional dishes and new creations (see the pré-salé mutton and tomato steak) light up a rich menu à la carte and three tasting menus: Autoscatto (more than one version), Garda 100% and Orto.
