Quattro is a very safe choice when it comes to authentic Italian food in Mexico City. Here you’ll find some proper traditional food with a northern twist and classic recipes. On the menu we suggest the generous parmigiana di melanzane or the octopus with potatoes. Among the homemade pastas, you may choose between a classic lasagna or some agnolotti (smaller ravioli) alesandrini filled with stewed veal. Meat are also cooked to the point with a preference for the traditional brasato: short rib cooked for a very long time with barolo wine, and then served with polenta and brussels sprouts. The wine list is deep and extensive. The attentive and friendly service complete the quality experience.
