Crossing Isa’s threshold, it almost feels like walking in one of those Neapolitan pizzerias of the past, essential and without too many frills, authentic and rustic. The protagonist behind the ovens is Hisamori Yamamoto, a passionate pizza chef who trained in Naples, where he learned the secrets of the trade. Here, the most classic of the pies is the master, the Margherita with tomato, mozzarella and basil, perfect in its simplicity, but more curious diners can choose from many other proposals on the menu.
