Trained in Naples at pizzeria "Dal Presidente" under the guidance of the owner and pizza maker Ernesto Cacialli, Hisamori Yamamoto learned the secrets of the trade and managed, in 2007, to win the World Pizza Championship in Naples. Back in his city he brought with him the spirit and tradition of Neapolitan pizza.
The Margherita is the undisputed protagonist and offered in different variations, enriched with different ingredients. The fried pizza is excellent.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
