A blasting new entry! Marco Carboni doubles down his restaurants. Former owner of the excellent modern trattoria Sartoria, he adds a Neapolitan-inspired pizzeria in Mexico City. The discs are well-cooked, with a crispy exterior and soft interior. The ingredients topping the pizza are of excellent quality, so much so that each bite brings you closer to Italy.
