Luca Appino is behind the Ruam Ruedi and Sukhumvit branches in Bangkok. The passion for pizza is combined with that for wine and dining, with several places in the Thai capital. Once the delivery service has been implemented during the break, the two businesses continue to host customers with a winning formula halfway between restaurant and pizzeria, complete with an extensive wine list. The discs are cooked in Neapolitan wood-fired ovens, we recommend the version with grilled aubergines, burrata and baked tomatoes; or the version with Culatello di Zibello, not very easy to find in the city. Gluten-free pizza is also available.
