Robiola di Roccaverano cheese, anchovy extract, tiny Trasimeno beans: family products are the hallmark of this fine dining restaurant, even though most people in Italy have never heard of them either. In the Netherlands Pianeta Terra has become the standard-bearer for Italian specialities on the strength of the 'Slow Food Chefs' Alliance', whose logo is used to denote dishes on the menu that are mainly inspired by the new Italian cuisine and its love for the land and sea. The offer includes organic wines and raw material as well as organic bread and pasta made on the premises. We recommend the cannelloni filled with burrata and green asparagus, mackerel en saor with plums and pistachio tiramisu with marsala. Truffle lovers will go nuts over the buckwheat tagliatelle, burrata cheese and uncinato truffle. Welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
