Alberico Penati is a man in constant search for the pleasures of the table, having pursued his dream since adolescence to throw himself headlong into the dining world. His first apprenticeship began in a restaurant in Lecco, away from his family residing in Brianza, an experience that ensured him collaborations in the most prestigious restaurants around the world. In 2014 Alberico opened a place in Paris and began to delight his customers with creative dishes made with unique products from every Italian region. The research behind the ingredients is accurate, among these Felicetti pastas, Mantuan pumpkin, Piedmont hazelnuts, meat selections and dishes based on white truffle from Alba. The wine list pays homage to the major Italian names, with as many as 250 labels from prestigious companies.
