The formula was much appreciated, the offer of Roman pinsa, a fragrant, thin, oval-shaped dough base (we suggest the margherita and the version with potatoes), is accompanied by a targeted choice of Roman pasta courses such as cacio e pepe and pappardelle alla vaccinara. To accompany the dishes are Italian wines with good value for money. A simple and successful place.
