Description

Davide Barbato's dough expresses his concept of pizza: light, fragrant and tasty in all its different forms, from pan pizza to round pies, all served through their efficient take-out service. For toppings, they opt for the best local ingredients, and that only when their own, home-grown products aren't available. Try the excellent Agerolese with fresh tomato sauce, fiordilatte mozzarella, stewed pancetta, baked potatoes and rosemary. The Margherita, Marinara and Napoletana are all well made. There's also the tasty Neapolitan calzone, stuffed with fresh buffalo ricotta, sausage, parmesan and fiordilatte mozzarella. The venue itself is always clean and tidy. Courteous and professional staff are always ready to offer advice.
