Vincenzo Onnembo’s project is increasingly articulated, in a short time he bewitched Amsterdam with his idea of pizza, clearly raising the bar of the city scene. Great success for the portable folded “pizza a portafoglio”, while careful work on frozen pizzas now distributed in many corners of Amsterdam. In his restaurant, the crust is light, airy, with decidedly convincing toppings. We highly recommend the Costiera with red and yellow tomato, red onion, Taggiasca olives, capers and thyme; as well as the very tasty Capefierr’ with mozzarella di bufala, tomato, friggitelli, coarsely knife-ground sausage and Parmigiano. Leave room for babà.
