During the recent Tokyo Olympics, Giuseppe Ericchiello, known to everyone as Pepe, delighted the guests of Casa Italia with his dough and a very rare technical prowess outside Italy. His two branches in the city offer strictly Neapolitan-style pizzas, as well as a handful of dishes from Campania. The pies are extremely airy and fragrant, spread and baked to perfection thanks to the invaluable support of his brother Carlo, for an unforgettable bite: the first experience, several years ago, surprised everyone. The three pizzas not to be missed are the Margherita, the Marinara and the Don Salvo, dedicated to the master pizza maker Salvatore Cuomo. Pizzeria of the Year for Top Italian Restaurants 2021.
