Ilario Mosconi and his wife Nicoletta have brought Italy’s finest cuisine, and with it its top produce, to Luxembourg. There is an enormous respect for ingredients, most of which come from Italy and include top Fassona beef of Piedmont, Paolo Parisi’s eggs, real truffles, a super selection of artisanal cheeses and pastas. They go to create contemporary, top-flight dishes clearly rooted in Italian tradition.
