Francesca and Stefano propose an offer quality and seasonality with exclusively Italian products, without any compromise in terms of taste and recipes. In particular, the stuffed pasta is exceptional, from cappelletti to tortelli, the carbonara is stellar, while the cooking methods betray correct timing and quality in the search for Ingredients. Good drinking, too. Few seats, lots of humanity and flavour. Well done!
