A Mano Libera is the concept of Italian cuisine that Marco Giugliano has exported to the United States. The starting station is the flavors of the Bel Paese, but the tradition acquires a modern twist thanks to the chef's flair and skills. The result is dishes that speak of Italian tradition without lacking a modern soul. Rounding out the offerings is a rich wine list that is the starting point for choosing one or more bottles of wine. The labels are well selected and highlight painstaking research in grouping different producers from different Italian regions.
