It’s difficult to say which is superior between the pizza or the cuisine offered by Luigia, the entrepreneurial project started in Switzerland by Enrico Coppola and Luigi Guarnaccia. Here in Dubai, in the venue opened at the end of 2017, the level is truly remarkable. To start, bruschettone with datterini tomatoes and tuna belly or a sumptuous potato croquette, followed by spaghetti with applause-worthy tomato sauce. The cuisine is excellent, authentic as well as pizza toppings, that are particularly fragrant and airy, creative, with a Neapolitan setting and a not so high level of hydration. Above all, the Marinara Top with Cantabrian anchovies and the Miracolata. Good drinking, too.
