Lucio de Falco is a certainty, for the past 20 years he's been promoting the best tradition of Neapolitan pizza art in Sydney. There are two branches, and for several years now the Zetland venue was added to the historic Darlinghurst one. The offer varies slightly, at the base we find a soft and melt-in-your-mouth crust, with a high hydration rate. We started with the assortment of fried appetizers including montanarine, croquettes and arancini. Among the pizzas we recommend this trio: Margherita, Napoletana and la Carrettiera. Good service, measured wine list featuring Italian labels and some Australian ones.
