Even in a small town in Sweden it is possible to find the flavours of home. This pizzeria with an informal and welcoming atmosphere is the perfect place to find a good pizza and a glass of wine. The success is owed to the care with which ingredients of the dough are chosen, including a careful selection of flours imported from Italy. The pies are baked in a Neapolitan wood-burning oven and acquire an airy, light but tasty and satisfying consistency. The Margherita is really well done, topped with high quality ingredients and state-of-the-art baking technique. The wine list is convincing with its varied selection of Italian labels, many of which are from Piemonte and made by small artisans.
