An Italian restaurant in Paris, “passing through” London, New York, and local ingredients. L’Altro Frenchie is Chef Grégory Marchand’s project to express one of his greatest passions: Italian cuisine, influenced by his travels to London and New York. The result is a restaurant that offers traditional Italian recipes with a modern and personal twist. The pizzetta with mortadella, pistachio pesto, and stracciatella was very good—an ideal way to start a meal. Among the main courses, we were impressed by the cotoletta alla milanese and the grilled fish of the day. But we recommend not missing the chance to enjoy a traditional pasta dish such as Cacio e Pepe.
