The menu highlight is meat – especially from the Marches – but that’s not all. La Finestra offers a range of dishes based on highly selected ingredients: from prosciutto to coffee, pasta to oil, embracing the top Italian brands. Many of these products are also sold in the adjacent Bottega (which includes a place for tasting cured meats and cheeses), as always the work of Marches-born Riccardo Lucque who also owns Aromi and Il Mercato). Regional dishes revisited and revitalised with simplicity and a contemporary approach. A good wine list – and a cellar with tables – including a few old vintages and international bottles.
