La Braciera

The Cottone brothers' pizzeria has constantly raised the bar to become a "must" in regards to Sicilian pizza. Daniele Vaccarella offers pies, seven fixed and four on rotation, all played on the territory. Among the various types, there's Le Particolari, the Premiate, the Vegan, the Bufalotti, the Bianche and the Rosse, for a total of about seventy pizzas. Among these, the Vita è Bella, topped with creamed yellow datterino tomatoes, fiordilatte, smoked scamorza cheese, prosciutto and basil. Good choice of wines and craft beers. Capable teamwork service. Reservations are recommended.
