Francesco Gasbarro, Tuscan, and Paulo Airaudo, from Argentina, met in Italy, where they joined forces professionally. The idea of La Bottega, which opened in May, 2015, was to create a restaurant that embodied authentic Italian traditions on an international stage, starting with the name, which simply means ‘shop’. Bottega is a contemporary fine dining, with good food and a prominent Italian character. The menu changes every week according to what’s available in the market. There are four tasting menu, actually : a choice of 3, 4, 6 and 7 dishes, priced between 55 and 120 francs. The extensive wine list made with love.
