We appreciated this pizzeria that relies on Franco Pepe’s consulting advice, while the other Kytaly location is in Geneva. Numerous products, starting from the flour blend, are the same as those used in Caiazzo, the work team was formed in Campania, the menu follows the great classics. The location is elegant, a well-furnished terrace overlooking the skyscrapers, with a nice cocktail bar. Meals open with assorted fried snacks, such as Montanara, before moving on to the Margherita Dop, for example, which beguiled us more than the Sbagliata. The dough is very soft, as per usual, the wine offer is good. Sweet and fried meal ending: the legendary Crisommola.
