The Bolognese is an elegant restaurant in a quiet corner of Chong Nonsi that combines a solid kitchen and well-made pizza. The property is the same as another high-level Italian restaurant, Enoteca Italiana, with an offer more towards fine dining. High attention to detail applies to everything, from the wine list to service, from the flours used in the dough, to the ingredients used to top the pizzas. Long-leavened dough make for a fragrant, light and airy pie in a regenerating context. Prices are not exactly affordable but in line with the quality of the food and wine offer.
