What a vibrant new opening! Chef Rob Rossi and David Minicucci did it again. After the success of Giulietta, they opened this stylish resaurant in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood. From the menu we suggest the piccage pagilia e fieno, an hard to find pasta recipe with rabbit ragout, leek and parmigiano reggiano, and the grilled rack of lamb, served with wild fennel. The wine list is impressive, charged of native Italian grapes, and labels of artisan wine producers.
