Merit goes to the Italian artisanal cuisine of Stefano Fanari, originally from Guspini, a village in the south of the island, which has created a restaurant that is especially popular with Italians living in the Swiss city. Remarkable egg noodles with white truffle in which the aromas of wheat blend perfectly in a balanced triumph of truffle. The extra virgin olive oil of great value, not exactly a constant in the places we visit, used as seasoning it ensures incredible freshness to the dish. Thick and deep wine list.
