Gianni Favro is a local icon. Native to Friuli, self taught Favro opened his first restaurant in 1996. The quality of the restaurant offer has been improving since. He ultimately started the best Italian restaurant in the city, and some of the best Italian cuisine in Asia. Excellent ingredients, clean flavours and a constantly changing menu. The service is fine dining level; the venue is elegant and refined. Great attention to detail, extremely well stocked wine list with 300 Italian labels and value prices in spite of the excising local tax on wines. From the latest menu we recommend the casarecce pasta with Mediterranean red tuna and its roe, or the pan seared black cod loin on a tangy livornese sauce.
