We really appreciated the accuracy and clean flavors of the cuisine by chef and owner Adriano Peroncini. The proposals? A vivid parmigiana with purple eggplants, basil mayo, or simple burrata cheese with Piennolo cherry tomatoes and Cetara anchovy sauce. Among the first courses, soft gnocchi made with smoked grilled potatoes, pork cheek, pepper and cacioricotta cheese, but also the risottos that are just as delicious. Among the second courses, the black suckling pig with Apulian friggitelli. Gandria is an authentic Italian restaurant. Wide range of wines featuring appellations, as well as brilliant and original labels.
