We welcome in our Guide to Gianni Gallucci's pizzeria, whom we had already met in his previous experience at Forno Rosso. Here, too, the pizza is Neapolitan-style, with a high and well-defined rim. Among the versions on the menu is Terra Mia (datterino tomatoes, basil, mozzarella di bufala DOP, piennolo tomato, extra virgin olive oil) or the generous and truly successful Regina (San Marzano tomatoes, piennolo tomatoes, fiordilatte cheese, homemade sausages, caramelised onions). To drink a small but targeted selection of Italian wines, offered with proper markups.
