“Era Ora” was opened by Elvio Milleri and Edelvita Santos da Silva in 1983. Thanks to their work, the restaurant thrived for forty years. Now the torch has been passed to their son Shan, who has revolutionized his parents’ legacy by changing both the concept and the name. Today, wine takes center stage in the family business: a concise yet refined menu showcases a few meticulously designed dishes such as fresh pasta with the homemade salsiccia.
