The shop-restaurant formula proves to be a winning one. There are many excellent gastronomic products on displayto whet your appetite as you prepare to order. The focus is on the counter of cheese and pork cured meats, for this reason we want to start with a platter of charcuterie and mixed cheeses, gricia-flavoured bruschetta with lardo from Colonnata, mezze maniche pasta with baby back ribs sauce, codfish croquettes in tomato sauce. All that remains is the curiosity to taste the rest of the delights on display in next visits. And there are great wines, too.
