Opened in 2014, Sergio Sweater's pizzeria has rightly won numerous awards. It was among the first in this part of the world to use ingredients of protected origin, promoting an idea of pizza that soon found wide acceptance. The style is Neapolitan, with imported ingredients and flours and a valid wine list, to boot. Pizza here is a must, starting with the Margherita, but don't miss the potato crocchè or the polpo alla luciana (stewed octopus with capers, tomato sauce and olives), two authentic Neapolitan recipes.
