From Rome to Nice. Epiro has opened in the center of the Eternal City in 2013, and since 2019 this cosy bistro boasts a new location in France. The format is pretty much the same: few recipes, fresh ingredients, perfect cooking times, and an original list of natural wines. Don’t miss the amatriciana, the homemade fresh stuffed pasta or the mouthwatering risottos. On the table there are dishes that are surprising in their contrasts, with a great articulation of flavours, clean, traditional in style with a twist. Few seats, a smart wine list(natural oriented), and a professional, yet informal service complete the package. Seriously good.
