A winning combination: a Romagna native from Riccione and a Neapolitan from the Portici district, with the help of a Sicilian chef. This could only bring life to a fine trattoria, with net Italian flavours and simple preparations. In the Hannover convention district this 33 year-old eatery has been serving traditional Italian dishes, such as eggplant caponata and octopus, that both are reminiscent of family meals, a trait not common to trattorie outside of Italy. The extra virgin olive oil is high quality; the wine list captures all the Italian regions. A word of advice to Nicoletta and Tonino: dare to dare more!
