Apulian chef Christian Martena and Provençal maître Clara Del Corso met while working at Sensi in Bangkok. Together, they opened Clara, a restaurant located in a quiet residential area near the Sathon district. The venue stands out for its attention to detail in both decor and style, thanks to the collaboration with designer P. Tendercool and tattoo artist Tantai. The dining room layout offers various experiences: in addition to traditional tables, guests can choose to sit at the chef’s table, which seats ten, or at the kitchen counter on high stools to immerse themselves in the action. Chef Martena fuses the culinary traditions of his homeland with innovative techniques, incorporating top-tier local produce and exclusive European ingredients chosen with care.
