Making pinsa available across national borders is a successful test in the Stephanstrasse, Sachsenhausen and Luisenplatz branches in Darmstadt. Among the ones we tasted were: Roman pinsa with mozzarella, mushrooms, artichokes and flat salami; the Calabrese with black olives and chilli. In addition, zucchini and almond pasta or classic Sorrento-style gnocchi. Evident attention is paid to the freshness of the ingredients especially in the vitamin-rich, healthy salads. Leave room for dessert. The wine offer is considerably high level.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
